Returns:
Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable unless items are proven defective upon delivery. A defective item refers to a manufacturing error that prevents normal use. Items that do not meet customer expectations are not considered defective.
You have 48 hours from the delivery date to contact us regarding any defects (unless a warranty applies). We recommend checking your items immediately upon receipt.
Defective claims will be assessed upon return. If an item is deemed defective, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees. However, if the item is found NOT to be defective, a refund will NOT be issued.
