Lead Time:
- Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area: 1 to 3 working days (no Sundays or holidays)
- Provincial: 1 to 5 working days (no Sundays or holidays)
Orders will be sent to the courier the following working day upon receipt of confirmed payment.
Follow-up of delivery status should be made directly with the courier. We will provide delivery details upon confirmed payment
Pick-Up:
You may personally pick-up or have a courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) pick-up your order/s. Booking will be done and shouldered by the customer.
We are located in Timog, Quezon City. Complete details will be given upon confirmation.
Returns:
All sales are considered final and non-refundable unless proven defective when delivered. You have 48 hours once your order has been delivered to contact us in case of defective item/s (unless there is a warranty). It is advisable to open your order and check all items as soon as you receive it.
Claims of defective item/s will be evaluated when returned. In case of a defective product, you will receive a full refund which also includes deliver fees to and from the customer. But if the item is found not to be defective, a refund will only be issued according to the condition of the item received and all deliver fees will be non-refundable.
Defective means that there is a manufacturing error that prevents the normal use of the item. Items not meeting customer expectations is not considered as defective.
