Lead Time:
- Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area: 1 to 3 working days (no Sundays or holidays)
- Provincial: 1 to 5 working days (no Sundays or holidays)

Returns:
All sales are considered final and non-refundable unless proven defective when delivered. You have 48 hours once your order has been delivered to contact us in case of defective item/s (unless there is a warranty). It is advisable to open your order and check all items as soon as you receive it.
Claims of defective item/s will be evaluated when returned. In case of a defective product, you will receive a full refund which also includes shipping fees to and from the customer. But if the item is found not to be defective, a refund will only be issued according to the condition of the item received and all shipping fees will be non-refundable.
Defective means that there is a manufacturing error that prevents the normal use of the item. Items not meeting customer expectations is not considered as defective.
