Please note that orders will be sent to the courier the following business day after order confirmation. Additionally, it will be sent via email only, not through SMS. Kindly ensure to include your email address when placing your order.

 

Lead Time:

All (NCR and Provincial): 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)

Your waybill number will be included in the confirmation email. You may track your package directly through the courier’s website. We will not respond to follow-up inquiries regarding your order until the overall delivery period has passed. This allows us to manage inquiries more efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out after the delivery period.

 

Pick-Up:

We are pleased to offer same-day orders and pick-up. If you're interested, please leave us a message via our 'Contact Us' page or through our Facebook or Instagram accounts.

Business Days: Monday to Friday; Business Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM.

 

Returns:

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable unless items are proven defective upon delivery. A defective item refers to a manufacturing error that prevents normal use. Items that do not meet customer expectations are not considered defective.

You have 48 hours from the delivery date to contact us regarding any defects (unless a warranty applies). We recommend checking your items immediately upon receipt.

Defective claims will be assessed upon return. If an item is deemed defective, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees. However, if the item is found NOT to be defective, a refund will NOT be issued.
